Reminders that work when the server does not.

Kairo captures a thought in one gesture, sets a due date with lead-time alerts a day, a week or a month ahead, repeats it, and decides what happens when you tick it off. Every reminder fires from the device itself, so it works offline and the server never knows what or when.

Designed around three ideas

Local first

The device is the source of truth. Alerts are scheduled by the operating system, not pushed from a cloud, so a dead network never silences a reminder.

Encrypted sync

Phones and computers sync through a tiny relay that stores only ciphertext. We cannot read your reminders; neither can anyone who breaks into the relay.

Smart lead times

One reminder, several alerts: a month before the renewal, a week before, the day before. Repeat rules and completion actions that match how people actually plan.

Where it stands

The architecture and business plan are written: one codebase for iOS, Android, macOS, Windows and ChromeOS. Kairo is scheduled after Kestrel Capture; it will be a one-time purchase per person.
